Kudos Financial Services Ltd, are independent financial advisers based in Aberdeen with an office in Glasgow.

The company’s existing telephone system had reached maximum capacity and they decided to invest in a new system that would accommodate their telephone needs associated with their continued expansion throughout the UK.

Escape removed the existing phone system and replaced it with a new Avaya IP406 system with expansion modules and 35 new handsets. The project was carried out over a weekend to ensure minimal disruption to the business.

Nicola Ritchie, Office Manager, said: 'We contacted Escape, our current IT Advisers, for advice and a recommendation for a new telephone system. Escape identified our requirements and presented their proposal to our firm in a very timely manner. The proposal was agreed. The replacement of the telephone system was carried out successfully over a weekend with no distribution to our business. Full training was carried out the following day for all staff. I am delighted with the service I received from everyone at Escape.’
